The package containing the EKU and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was blocked in customs in Botswana for more than a month now. The MESA team could today release the package from customs.
The MoU was signed on behalf of MESA and will be send to the UEM as soon as possible.
Also the shipment of the equipment suffered some delays as the shipping company had to change from express to global forwarding, because of the UPS batteries cannot be shipped by air. This problem never occurred before. The collection of the global forwarding was expected during last week but did not happened yet.
Due to this delays the current installation date for the antenna is begin of June.
